Well, obviously it has been way too long! FFC finished, well, obviously! I still have some strain in my abs but am continuing my cardio and well, now need to make sure and watch how I eat after going on a cruise! Oh yes, we had a GREAT week get away, my hubby and I with some very dear friends of ours! Let’s just say this cruise was so much different than last year! We went on one right before I started FFC so you can say I was much more comfortable this cruise – lol!
So FFC truly has finished the program has been restructured quite a bit and is now called Legacy for a Cause. I am super bummed to say I don’t have anything to do with it other than cheer on a few friends that are competing this time. But I do realize that seasons come and seasons go in life… I know that I will always continue in this new lifestyle and who knows what doors God can open to help others in the same area in the future.
